30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your Shankara purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Australia (change of mind): Unopened or gently used products are accepted within 30 days.
New Zealand (change of mind): Unopened/unused items only within 30 days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: We’ll replace or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law and the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
We don’t accept returns on gift cards, final-sale items (if marked), or items showing excessive use or damage not related to transit or a manufacturing issue.
Email support@shankara.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
We’ll issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and send you a prepaid return label (AU) or return instructions (NZ).
Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
Note: Ourreturn address is provided after RAN approval. Parcels sent without a RAN may be delayed.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved, please send your parcel within 14 days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within ~10 business days of receipt/inspection.
Australia: We cover standard return shipping for change-of-mind and faulty/incorrect items.
New Zealand: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s cost; faulty/incorrect items are covered by us.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can sort it quickly.
Need a different product? Start a return as above and place a new order once your refund is processed. (We don’t currently offer direct swaps.)
Refunds go back to the original payment method only. If you paid using a gift card, that portion is refunded to a new gift card.
Please keep your order confirmation email or invoice—returns must be linked to an original order.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
